I have a solar charger attached to my doorbell and as others i have no idea how it is performing. Question is that on the ring app there is a block that says install solar charger status. Instead it has been rapidly discharging the battery. You may need to try a different power outlet or micro usb charging cable if there are no charging lights on the battery.

The doorbell has to be mounted just right onto the panel in order to lock into place.
